we don't want to Public the formular of gain "money" for avoiding some cheat and spam behave.

generally speaking, the more resource you provide, the more "money" you will gain, and you will have high title which decide by your money.

member with high title in this forum don't have too many privilege, providing good resourece is a voluntary behave.

we encourage people to provide more useful resourece but we don't force everyone to do.
